Assisted Living
Assisted Living services provide personalized home care tailored to your needs, helping with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and other tasks to support your day-to-day life.
These services are designed for adults with physical disabilities, and high-risk seniors, ensuring they receive the assistance they need from Personal Support Workers, free of charge, in the comfort of their own home.
Personal Support Services (PSS) for Low Acuity Clients
Personal Support Services for low-acuity clients are offered right in your home, providing the minimal support you need to live independently and comfortably in the community. This service is specifically for older adults who only require limited assistance. Please note, homemaking and meal preparation are not included in this program.
